Information and Referral

Social workers provide confidential assessments, information, assistance and referrals to seniors seeking services to help promote and maintain independence.

These services include basic living needs (rent/mortgage, utilities, food), Medicare and supplement insurance, in-home services, socialization and long-term care.  The staff also sponsors special programs to inform older adults, their families and caregivers of community resources and services.
